Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. If your order is placed over the weekend, it will be processed on the next business day. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.
If there are any delays in fulfilling your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Orders will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses.
If you realize youβve entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately after placing your order, and weβll do our best to update it before shipping.
Please note: We do not ship to PO boxes at this time.

Damaged Products:
We take great care in ensuring your handmade wood products arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, weβll replace it at no cost to you.
To report a damaged product, please email us at info@designedbytaylor.com with your order details and a photo of the damage, and weβll resolve the issue promptly.
