Returns & Exchanges
At Designed by Taylor, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt of your item(s).
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to initiate a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@designedbytaylor.ca with your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within 24-48 hours with instructions on how to proceed.
If you choose to return your item, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it is in the same condition as when you received it, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
If you choose to exchange your item, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you. Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it is in the same condition as when you received it, we will ship the new item to you. Please allow 7-14 business days for the exchange to be processed and delivered to you.
Please note that custom orders and personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrived damaged or defective.
